My Truth workshop is a four-hour one-day workshop where we will dive into all the elements of self-love, self-care, and self-actualization.

1. My Truth is | we will talk about how to own your truth

2. I am Love | we will talk about our various definitions of Love through the five love languages

3. I am Divine | we will talk about how to discover your God-like presence

4. I am always connected to Source | we will be able to see how we are always connected to the creator

   You will leave with a new gratitude for your journey through each stage.
